I just woke up to the sound of rain :)

So, by noon today I had:

Been up for 3 hours.
Napped for 2 hours.
Been up for two hours.
Heard "Firefly" by Owl City 3 times on the radio.
Heard "Sweet home Alabama" 3 times on the radio, and came in on the exact same part all three times.
And learned to relate to people who hate Christmas*.

*Park Meadows bill boards right now are like "sHOp, sHOp, SHOp." I was like "...I don't think you could have better summed up the point of Christmas hater if you tried.

I am really disappointed this year that I pretty much had to NOT buy a lot of people Christmas gifts. There are a lot of people I adore that I just pretty much had to not get things for, because my present circle became this small little group. But as of today and my schools ceramic sale, I am taken care of!

I also wanna do like...a picture set of my campus. It is probably the prettiest, coolest, most diverse campus I have ever been on (We have a little neighborhood, literally. Right in the middle of campus, there is this block of tiny old Victorian houses. It's awesome)

And I feel gross and sick all over D:

I just applied to my first college tonight... CalArts. xD It's one of three on my list, and the one I want to go to not as much as the other two. Regardless, I'm feeling accomplished. Today was the last day of the "preferred deadline" before I would have to pay more, so woot woot. The other two places (AADA, AMDA) have less definitive deadlines... Even so, I'm gonna get 'em all done this week. Almost done with my essays. HOLLA.

Now to schedule auditions.

What might happen is, I'll audition for two of them in Chicago at the beginning of March (they have the same audition dates there, lucky me!) and the other one in Charlotte or something... Gahh I kinda don't want to wait that long, even though I know it's standard.

I'm really, really, really fucking excited though, because Phil fuckin' Leirness, my director friend who hangs out with the one and only DEAN HAGLUND, agreed to WRITE ME A LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION FOR THE AADA.

Uh. This guy just directed a movie that had Alec Baldwin in it.



I am so going to LA next year.

I don't wanna get up at 5:30 tomorrow to take buttmunch to work tomorrow. And buttmunch 2 to the airport. And I don't wanna go to bed early tonight. Specially since I was up super late last night. And I have a picture I need to make for my portfolio due tomorrow. So if I'm not around...well.

Mom's going to California for about a week and a half, and we just cut off all her hair for locks of love.

And I have a job interview Thursday. \o/

And pretended to a Klingon today.

Dear self,

Researching all the nuances of the word lucifer in the bible, and the levels of angel (Which apperently history sums up to "We don't fucking know."*), and nephlim, etc, while fascinating, get you no closer to getting your paper done.

Although after reading this, I feel like meteor showers must have been really fucking depressing for ancient people who believed every shooting star was a falling angel.

*also, I always knew Cherubim were not fluffy cute fat babies. But I did not know they pretty much are the thing from hellboy 2 with four faces. IDK if that is sweet or terrifying.

I do not like being hit on. Not unless I like the person.

I especially do not like being hit on by people who are significantly older than I am. It's really, really, really creepy.

After about 14 months I broke up with Dillon... I feel crazy for even doing that, but for some reason it just needed to happen. I know I already said that, but after Les Mis (which fucking rocked) my whole life has seemed a little different.

I have to be looking forward rather than back right now... it's so important that I do...


But seriously, men/boys of the world: stop making me find you repulsive. Single does not = willing. K? K.

So something that just struck me as weird about people who say Cattle Mutilation are wild animals...wtf wild animal carefully eats the organs, and avoids the muscle?

That's just weird.

Anyway, the thanksgiving party was awesome, but I ended up spilling a not Colorado Bulldog all over my keyboard. My mom though we had put away like...7 bottles of hard liquor (We went and grabbed alcohol from Bev's house so the big kids could have a few drinks, and so got a lot of "We have this bottle with half an inch at the bottom, here." and my mom though we had gone and bought new bottles.)

It's an...amusing? Sad? Statement that my mom thought we were super drunk, and I'd say barely any of us were even tipsy. We're just that ridiculous.

And we played Apples to Apples for like...2 hours IC. IC board games are possibly the greatest things ever.

And I cried when we were doing our "Thanks" a few times.

AND Sarah enjoyed her birthday present, we made her a Supernatural Bath set (So it had salt, and "holy water", and "Holy oil", and a Charm bag thing, and an upside Cas FBI Badge. And everything was Musk scented. Which gives me a valid excuse to use this icon.)

And Toni was not able to come, but I got to see her Friday which made me super happy cause I miss her.

...and now I need to go get my ass working on Homework.
